	01 Meta Research Tool
	

	Role: &#38;nbsp; UX Designer
	Meta Research Tool is an internal research tool designed to record contextual data from Meta. As a UX designer, I strategized and designed an ecosystem of applications supporting researchers to collect data. I collaborated closely with developers, product managers, UX researchers, and research program operations team to gather usage data and analytics, strategize, design, and implement new features, and make countless bug fixes.&#38;nbsp;
Throughout the two years I’ve been engaged with Meta Research Tool, I launched numerous features to help them get onboarded to the program easily and better motivate wearers to record data. Here are some of the highlights:
01 Meta Research Tool Companion AppThe Companion App is the main interface wearers use to record and upload their recordings. Wearers use the app to earn and track points to be used at the swag store. I launched two main features, which are:
A. Motivation program

The program motivated users to record more by allowing them to earn extra points by partaking in Recording Challenges. The time sensitive challenges encouraged wearers to record by giving them a sense of urgency and agency in completing the challenge
B. Rotation program
Whenever wearers returned their devices after their turn with Meta Research Tool, there was a large influx of recordings from the new users. The program took advantage of this phenomenon by focusing on better sign up to onboarding flow and making the program time limited


02 Meta Research Data ToolsInternal webtool which allow researchers to create and publish necessary recording requirements. Researchers can also search for specific recordings and gather analytics from the recordings03 Meta Research Tool Internal Website + Wiki
Internal websites which function as the starting point for wearers to engage with Meta Research Tool. A redesign of the wiki and the internal website was conducted to help wearers to easily navigate from sign up to onboarding processOnly the highlights of the project are shared here. 	02 Pfizer.com redesign
	

	Role: &#38;nbsp; UX Lead
	During the height of COVID, I had the opportunity to lead UX design of Pfizer.com redesign while contracting at a digital agency, AKQA.
As the sole UX designer on the team, I delivered the UX of the website, co-strategized experience opportunities and identified core user types and their needs. I worked hand in hand with two UI designers to align the experience design with the final visual output.
Modules of content blocks were strategically designed to allow the site to remain flexible to future announcements and content priority.Only the highlights of the project are shared here.

	What could the Google Store look like in three years? I joined as a Sr UX designer to reimagine the Google Store from discovery to design. For the project, I’ve created and delivered user journeys, wireframes and content maps, and the visual design explorations. The concept work focused on key screens and flows to imagine the future of the store. Final deck was delivered so it can be pitched to various stakeholders at Google.

	Role: &#38;nbsp; UX Designer
	ADT’s integration with Google Home system created a set of UX challenges. Multiple future work streams and phases were planned ahead as they were looking to overhaul their DIY home security app and simplify their service offerings

As a UX designer on the team, I worked closely with another UX designer to find new opportunities and offer solutions where integration between two systems could be better solved. We provided new experiences and visual look of the app to be able to pull its weight against/with Google Home

	When the pandemic hit, transition to online and remote experiences accelerated. We were approached by Meta to create a conference for their Facebook Gaming team’s internal event. Employees were able to log in and explore four unique worlds created for them to discover content and connect with one another

I led both the UX and creative direction. I created storyboards to walk the stakeholders through the experience and created navigation and content UX system
